Slow Cooker Peach BBQ Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (approximately 1.5 pounds)
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
06 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce of choice
07 - 1/2 cup peach jam or preserves
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray for easy cleanup. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
02 - Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and poultry seasoning.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce and peach jam. Then whisk in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce.
04 - Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
05 - Secure the lid on the slow cooker and set it to high heat for 3 hours or low heat for 5-6 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
