Rainbow Rotini Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces colored rotini pasta
02 - 2 tomatoes, chopped
03 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 onion, chopped
05 - 1 large cucumber, chopped
06 - 1 cup broccoli florets
07 - 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
08 - 1 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
09 - 8 ounces Italian-style salad dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
02 - Combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cucumber, broccoli, mushrooms, and olives in a large bowl.
03 - Add Italian-style salad dressing to the bowl and toss to coat.
04 - Cover and chill salad to allow flavors to blend. Toss again before serving.
