Graduation Caps Chocolate Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 Rolo chocolates or mini peanut butter cups
02 - 1 (7-oz.) tube chocolate cookie icing
03 - 24 bittersweet chocolate squares
04 - 4 ropes of pull-apart licorice
05 - 24 M&M’s

# Instructions:

01 - On a baking sheet, arrange Rolo chocolates with the narrow side up. Place a small dot of icing on each chocolate. Place a chocolate square on top and gently press to help it adhere. Refrigerate until the icing sets, approximately 10 minutes.
02 - Separate the ropes of licorice into individual strands, then cut each strand in half crosswise.
03 - Place a dot of icing in the center of each chocolate square. Top with one M&M and wrap a piece of licorice around it like a scarf, pressing the licorice ends together around the M&M. Refrigerate until the icing is set, approximately 10 minutes.
